LINE-X® - Serious Protection

DiamondBack Truck Covers looked for years to find a way to add a great looking protective coating to their product. Paint and powder coating offered looks but would not stand up to the tough uses of DiamondBack customers.

DiamondBack-X Covers are different than any other cover on the market. They are coated with the latest in spray-on coating technology. LINE-X brand spray-on bedliners have coated millions of truck beds and the tough nature of the product makes it perfect for the heavy duty applications of the DiamondBack HD and SE Covers.

LINE-X Xtra® - Killer Looks

DiamondBack-X covers are about durability, but they are also about looks. The bold, tough look of the DiamondBack-X Covers are obtained by using LINE-X XTRA protective coating.

LINE-X Xtra is the only spray-on color composite urethane coating that has been fortified with DuPont™ Kevlar® to provide a durable colored finish. LINE-X Xtra is specially formulated to bond with the LINE-X material at the molecular level and is reinforced with a Kevlar pulp to give it superior strength. The DuPont™ Kevlar® coating also provides superior UV protection and keeps your cover looking good for years of use.

The strength of DiamondBack, LINE-X, and DuPont™ Kevlar® backs a cover that will work great, and look great, for the life of your truck.

How It Works

DiamondBack Truck Covers are the toughest covers in the industry. We needed a coating process to match. The DiamondBack-X coating procedure is a 3 part process.

• Prep – All aluminum covers are first sand blasted to create a clean rough surface for the LINE-X® to adhere to.
• LINE-X Coat – LINE-X material is sprayed 1/16" thick to cover the exterior of the covers. The coating dries in seconds forming a permanent bond with the truck cover that makes this coating almost impossible to get off.
• Xtra top coat – While the LINE-X material is still curing (after it dries to the touch) the DuPont™ Kevlar® top coat is applied. XTRA coating is specially formulated to chemically bond into one color composite urethane coat.

Can I Get It Color Coded?

YES!

LINE-X Xtra® can be purchased for the color code of your truck. This process is done by a select group of qualified LINE-X Xtra dealers. To talk to QTE about how to get a DiamondBack-X cover color coded to your truck's paint. You will need to order your cover from QTE and we will spray to match your vehicle.

 

Warranty

DiamondBack-X covers come with a three-year adhesion warranty. In addition to this, covers can be easily repaired at any of the 550+ LINE-X® franchise locations. Should the unthinkable happen and you somehow manage to scratch your coating - the scratch can be easily fixed.
