Now, just about anyone can make brine. That's because the Brine Pro 2000 brine maker simplifies production with user-friendly operation, automatic salinity control and easy no-splash salt refilling. Basically, it removes all guesswork from the process, helping contractors confidently take brine making into their own hands. Plus, the system is compatible with low-flow water input and 220VAC electrical sources that are available in most shops. It doesn't get any easier than this.
Even the controls on the Brine Pro are simple. The touch-screen interface makes it easy to set the unit for automatic, batch or cleaning mode.
Hammer Mill Salt Grinder
The hammer mill salt grinder is engineered to create consistent particle sizes, which accelerates the dissolve rate and expedites clean-out.
Automatic Salinity Control
In order for brine to be effective, it needs to have the correct amounts of salt and water. Thanks to automatic salinity control on the Brine Pro, the operator can sit back and let the machine do all the work.
Material Flow Control
Precise salt delivery is key to an effective brine mixture. The unique material flow control on the Brine Pro uses a rotary vane feeder to accurately measure out the correct amount of salt to bring to the grinder.
The mixing chamber includes a high-volume circulation pump. This feature helps ensure a uniform brine mixture up to 1,050 gallons per hour (3,974.7 L/h).
Dry Hopper System
The Brine Pro offers a no-splash solution for adding salt. Unlike most other brine makers, you don't have to dump salt into the mixing chamber. Just add it into the 1-cubic-yard dry hopper, and the Brine Pro will take it from there. The hopper offers visual salt level indication, letting you know when it's time to refill.
Material Easy Clean-Out
Special cleaning mode allows for simple draining of the mixing chamber between batches for easy clean-out.

SnowEx Cuts Their Teeth As Contractors
The origins of SnowEx are very familiar to their customers. That's because they spent years as snow and ice fighters before becoming a manufacturer. They've done their share of all-nighters. They've dealt with those dreaded 3:00 a.m. equipment breakdowns. Simply put, they've walked in your boots. And that unique perspective goes into the development of every solution SnowEx offers.
History of Innovation
The history of the SnowEx is a long list of innovations. Low-maintenance motor / transmission drive systems, v-box spreaders with corrosion resistant poly hoppers, a wireless-controlled utility spreader, the job-tracking Salt-Traxx system for hopper spreaders. That's just the tip of the iceberg with what the've done... and what they will do... to give you more productive, longer lasting, easier to their equipment solutions.
Large Line of Snow & Ice Equipment
With a wide range of spreaders, sprayers, plows and other related tools to fight snow and ice, SnowEx not only offers equipment you need to do the job – they offer something that perfectly fits your unique operation.
Less is More
No engines. No pulleys. No sprockets. No belts. No chains. That's what you'll find (or, rather, won't find) on all SnowEx granular spreaders. Their electric drives combined with their patented auger systems feature much fewer moving parts than competitive spreaders, meaning much less that can go wrong when you're on the job.
