The WESTERN IMPACT mid-duty straight blade plows are perfectly sized for your mid-duty sport or recreational UTV without sacrificing performance. Packages available in either full hydraulic lift and angle or winch lift manual angle versions. The blade is available in two widths, 5' 6" or 6'0"—the 5'6" blade widths are perfect for sidewalks and 6'0" blades are ideal for wider areas/driveways. High-strength components ensure commercial durability. Fully hydraulic blade controls allow the operator to make the necessary blade adjustments quickly from inside the cab for fast and efficient winter cleanup.
UNIQUE FEATURES
Sway-Frame Design
- To ensure the blade stays aligned with the wheel track, the unique patent-pending Sway-Frame design allows the blade to shift side-to-side. This keeps the blade in the optimal position to maximize cleanup with each pass, preventing the UTV wheels from packing down missed snow.
Reliable Hydraulics
- Full-hydraulic operation allows the operator to position the plow left, right, up, down, or float from inside the cab. This hydraulic system has been specifically designed to operate on mid-duty UTV plows, minimizing amperage draw and weight for seamless operation. Fully enclosed components are protected from the elements.

Lightweight Quick Attachment System
- The mounting system is easy to use and install. To make operation easier, the mounting system optimizes ground clearance when installed. Tough construction will allow it to withstand harsh conditions year-over-year.
Ground Clearance
- The removable receivers and low profile undercarriage provide exceptional ground clearance to maximize ramp angle, so your unit will be trail ready when the plow is not attached.
- Not applicable to some mounts.
Blade Construction
- The IMPACT; Mid-Duty straight blade snow plow features a 14-gauge powder coated steel moldboard that is 5'6" or 6'0" wide with a standard 5" steel cutting edge.
Structural Reinforcement
- With four vertical ribs and high-strength, low alloy steel construction, the mid-duty straight blade is strong enough for commercial operation yet light enough to fit most mid-duty UTVs.
Trip Protection
- Two heavy-duty coil springs protect your plow and UTV by allowing the whole blade to trip when striking obstacles.
Waterproof Plow Control
- The deluxe plow control is IP66-rated against moisture and offers hand-held or dash-mounted operation for added versatility. The weather-resistant control features large, durable switches which are easy to use-even with heavy gloves on.

Winch Lift Operation
- The winch lift version comes with many of the features that the hydraulic lift version offers, including the unique Sway-Frame design and with two blade widths: 66 and 72 inches. The ultra-light winch system comes with a unique bail design to reduce side stress on the winch assembly equipped on the vehicle and provides a more vertical lift. Angling the plow is as easy as unpinning an assembly, manually moving the blade to your desired point, and pinning it back in just a few seconds. The mounting system is easy to install and use, as it is identical to the powered version. Its design optimizes ground clearance and is built tough to withstand harsh winter environments year after year. *Available for winch lift models only.
UNIVERSAL FEATURES
ULTRAFINISH Baked-On Powder Coat
- The ULTRAFINISH baked on powder coat with epoxy primer is standard on all WESTERN plows, providing outstanding protection against wear and rust.
- Each WESTERN plow goes through an automated eight-wheel shot blaster pre-treatment process and multi-stage pre-wash to prepare the plow surface for optimum coating adhesion.
- After that a durable epoxy primer is applied to improve corrosion resistance and enhance powder coat adhesion.
- The powder coat is then applied with robotic guns that ensure precise, consistent powder coat coverage.
- The final baking process seals the long-lasting hard-as-nails WESTERN red coat. The result is a state-of-the-industry finish that will provide superior protection for your plow, season after season.
Pre-punched Blades for Accessories
- The blade is pre-punched for easy installation of accessories, providing a custom fit. The pre-punched holes also prevent damage to the powder coat that can sometimes occur when installing an accessory.
