Hi-Flow De-Icing Sprayers
Our SprayStriker HFE-series sprayers are the largest sprayers in the SprayStriker product family. These truck bed mounted de-icing sprayers have liquid tank capacities of 500-3250 gallons. Our fully 12V/24V electric-powered de-icing sprayers help contractors reduce salt usage while increasing their level of service.
SprayStriker HFE-series sprayers come standard with StrikeSmart controllers with GPS speed control and HTrack 2-way GPRS tracking and control system.
Liquid Sprayer Design
The sprayer is designed for maximum liquid tank capacity and for use on different lengths of truck beds and municipal trucks. The durable and light poly tanks are supported by a powder coated stainless-steel frame construction. The dual Hi-Flow pumps, motors, valves and CPU-units are protected inside an easy-to-reach stainless steel cabinet.
STANDARD FEATURES
Color Screen Controller: Tailor your spreading session to your needs with the customizable controller. The automatic GPS speed control adjusts the amount of spreading material (lbs/sq ft) according to your vehicle speed, while manual mode lets you insert a fixed auger speed. The controller additionally collects and saves essential data online, allowing you to generate spreading reports. Our controller also makes it easy to turn on functions, like the vibrator, beacon and work light, from inside the cabin.
Spray Bar: 2-lane, 90" wide spray bar with double spray and side nozzles
Strobe Lights: IP 67 rated strobe lights
Hi-Flow Pumps: 12V dual Hi-Flow pumps with spray bar output of 20 gal/min
